Return Policy
Our return policy is valid within 14 days of purchase. We will happily provide a store credit and/or exchange for all unworn, full-priced items in their original condition. Please note that we do not offer refunds for changes of mind or purchases made in error. Unless the item is defective, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
To qualify for a return:
The item must be in its original condition, showing no signs of wear or damage.
All returned items must retain all original packaging (including tags and boxes).
The following items are not returnable:
Market items cannot be exchanged or used for store credit. All sale items are final. (Black Friday sale items excluded).
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings.
Please note that engravings are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Return Processing Time
We strive to process returns daily, but please allow 2-4 business days. Your return period begins on the date your order is delivered or collected via Click & Collect.

What if I received a defective item or the wrong order?
If you believe the item you received is incorrect or defective, please contact our Customer Service team via email at Support@manto.club and provide your order number so we can correct the issue.
